本服务条款适用于 Trezzi 提供的存单管理相关服务，包括 iOS 应用、静态页面以及与之配套的功能。Trezzi 由个人开发者运营，联系邮箱为 contact@trezzi.top。
2. 服务内容
Trezzi 主要提供存单记录、收益测算、到期提醒、多持有人管理、多货币支持、汇率同步、数据导出、手动备份以及 iCloud 自动备份等功能。具体功能可能因免费版或 Pro 版本而不同。
3. 购买与权益
Pro 权益可能以年付订阅或永久买断形式提供，具体价格和结算币种以 Apple App Store 页面显示为准。购买、续费、取消订阅和退款均受 Apple 平台规则约束。已经生效的数字商品权益，除法律另有规定外，通常不支持按未使用期间比例退还。
4. 用户责任
你应确保录入的数据真实、合法且不侵犯他人权益。你应自行保管设备、Apple 账号以及可能用于同步或备份的数据环境。你不得利用本服务从事违法活动、干扰服务可用性，或尝试未授权访问服务相关系统。
5. 数据与备份说明
Trezzi 旨在帮助你管理个人资产记录，但不对任何投资、存款或财务决策构成建议。提醒、汇率、同步和备份功能可能受设备状态、系统权限、网络状况、第三方平台或 Apple 服务状态影响，不能保证绝对实时、完整或无中断。
6. 免责声明
本服务按“现状”提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Trezzi 不对因使用或无法使用本服务造成的间接损失、数据遗漏、提醒延误、汇率误差、备份失败或业务中断承担责任。你应对重要信息自行复核，并建立额外备份机制。
7. 知识产权
除你自行录入的内容外，应用界面、文本、图形、代码、商标及相关材料的知识产权归 Trezzi 或其合法权利人所有。未经书面许可，不得复制、分发、反向工程或用于商业性再利用。
8. 服务变更与终止
Trezzi 可基于产品维护、合规要求或运营需要，对功能、价格、支持范围或本条款进行更新。若更新对你的权利义务有重大影响，将通过应用、页面或其他合理方式提示。你继续使用服务即表示接受更新后的条款。
9. 适用法律与争议解决
本条款的订立、效力、解释与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本服务引起的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，任一方可向有管辖权的中国法院提起诉讼。

These Terms of Service apply to the deposit-management related services provided by Trezzi, including the iOS app, static web pages, and related features. Trezzi is operated by an independent developer and can be reached at contact@trezzi.top.
2. Services
Trezzi provides features such as deposit record keeping, return estimation, maturity reminders, multi-owner management, multi-currency support, exchange-rate sync, data export, manual backup, and iCloud automatic backup. Specific features may differ between the free version and Pro access.
3. Purchases and Access
Pro access may be offered as a yearly subscription or a lifetime purchase. Pricing and billing currency are shown in the Apple App Store. Purchases, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple platform rules. Unless required by law, active digital entitlements are generally not refunded on a prorated basis for unused periods.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others. You are also responsible for securing your device, Apple account, and any environments used for sync or backup. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, to interfere with service availability, or to attempt unauthorized access to related systems.
5. Data and Backup Notice
Trezzi is designed to help you manage personal asset records and does not provide investment, deposit, or financial advice. Reminder, exchange-rate, sync, and backup features may depend on device state, system permissions, network conditions, third-party platforms, or Apple service availability, and therefore cannot be guaranteed to be real-time, complete, or uninterrupted.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trezzi is not liable for indirect losses, missing data, delayed reminders, exchange-rate inaccuracies, backup failures, or service interruptions arising from the use of or inability to use the service. You should independently verify important information and maintain additional backups where necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
Except for content that you enter yourself, the app interface, text, graphics, code, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Trezzi or its lawful rights holders. Without prior written permission, they may not be copied, distributed, reverse engineered, or commercially reused.
8. Changes and Termination
Trezzi may update features, pricing, support scope, or these terms for maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons. If an update materially affects your rights or obligations, notice may be provided through the app, website, or another reasonable channel. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from the service should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court in China with proper jurisdiction.
